Commodore 3-Year Extended Warranty
The Commodore Extended Hardware Warranty ("Extended Warranty") is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty that extends the duration of your Commodore Limited Warranty to a total period of THREE (3) YEARS from the date of original retail purchase ("Extended Warranty Period"). It provides rights separate from statutory consumer law rights, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. As such, the Extended Warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law, and this Extended Warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the buyer’s rights arising from consumer law. Consumers may choose whether to seek service under the Extended Warranty or under their consumer law rights.
Important: These Extended Warranty terms and conditions do not apply to consumer law claims. For information about consumer law rights, contact your local consumer organization.
All claims made under this Extended Warranty will be governed by the terms of the Commodore Limited Warranty, which is hereby incorporated by reference, and governs all services provided during the Extended Warranty Period. Except for extending the total Warranty Period to three (3) years, all terms, conditions, remedies, exclusions, limitations, and obligations as set forth in the Commodore Limited Warranty continue to apply in full and without modification.

Commodore may require proof of purchase to verify eligibility and confirm the Extended Warranty Period. All geographic service restrictions and regional consumer-law statements contained in the Commodore Limited Warranty apply equally during the Extended Warranty Period.
If any provision of this Extended Warranty is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
