Rewinding bankruptcy of Commodore International BV

(CIC) (OTC:CDRL) announced today that the court in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, has decided to rewind the bankruptcy of Commodore International BV, a subsidiary of Commodore International Corporation.
Commodore maakt voorlopige cijfers bekend

Commodore International Corporation (CIC) (OTC:CDRL) maakt vandaag,
tijdens haar buitengewone aandeelhoudersvergadering in Amsterdam, bekend dat, gebaseerd op voorlopige cijfers, de omzet over het boekjaar 2006/2007 geconsolideerd US$ 3,97 Mio bedraagt. Het netto resultaat, na belasting, zal op ongeveer US$ 11 Mio negatief uitkomen. De onderneming geeft geen prognoses af voor het lopende boekjaar, maar meldt dat zij in de eerste 9 maanden een omzet van US$ 2 Mio heeft geboekt met een resultaat van US$ 4,5 Mio negatief.
CIC Colorado clarifies court’s decision

(CIC) (OTC:CDRL) was informed by the court in ‘s-Hertogenbosch (The Netherlands) that one of its subsidiaries, Commodore International BV, was declared bankrupt. In the meantime it has been established by both CIC and the petitioning party that procedural mistakes resulting in this judicial declaration were made erroneously beyond CIC’s control. The petitioner and CIC had already concluded a written agreement for the cancellation of the bankruptcy proceedings and mutually confirmed. CIC, in cooperation with the petitioner and all parties involved, is in the process of submitting an objection to this declaration. It is expected that this will be resolved in the course of next week. CIC will further inform once this result is known.
For the avoidance of doubt we would like to stress that this bankruptcy declaration of the named subsidiary does not involve CIC’s operational entities either in the Netherlands or elsewhere.
CIC Postpones Its Special Shareholders Meeting

CIC To Adjust Its Financial Figures For Fy 2007

February 13, 2008 – Baarn, The Netherlands – Commodore International Corporation (“Commodore” - OTC:CDRL) has announced that further to its previous press release concerning the Phillar Beheer group, it is facing a significant delay in completing its investigation of the financial books of Phillar Beheer due to legal proceedings in this matter.
Therefore Commodore intends to publish its consolidated financials for FY 2007 excluding the figures of Phillar Beheer.
