CIC Postpones Its Special Shareholders Meeting

March 20, 2008 – Baarn, The Netherlands – Commodore International Corporation (OTC:CDRL) has postponed the special shareholders meeting until the new date of Friday, April 25, 2008, at 14:00, at the Holiday Inn hotel, Amsterdam (De Boelelaan 2, Amsterdam).

The decision to postpone the meeting was taken in view of recent developments, and will allow the company to update its shareholders more comprehensively at the new date.
