In June 2006, we signed a licensing agreement with The Content Factory, an Amsterdam-based company, to develop the gaming market under the Commodore brand. As well as generating substantial licensing revenues, the agreement gives Commodore International Corporation a 49% stake in the new company, called Commodore Gaming.
